Solix Technologies implements Oracle Apps in BPL Engineering in record time

January 2003: Solix announces the successful implementation of Oracle Financials and Distributions Suite at BPL Engineering Ltd., [BNL]. This ERP suite offers an integrated view of the enterprise’ financial processes. Solix accomplished implementation of all the 6 modules of Oracle along with localization to the Indian marketplace in a record time of 4 months, keeping up its history of successful implementations.

Mr.Harshal Jayavant, Director, BNL, appreciating Solix team, expressed “I am happy to say that Solix has lived up to its commitment in delivering a solution that best suits BNL and enhances our business roll out”. Project details:

Solix implemented 6 modules in Oracle viz., General Ledger, Payables, Order Entry, Receivables, Inventory and Average Costing in Oracle Inventory. The project implementation and its localization to the Indian marketplace was accomplished within a short span of 4 months. Solix also implemented average costing in Oracle inventory besides external processing. In addition, Solix provided a full-fledged solution for handling external processing without actually implementing modules such as, Work-in-progress and Bill-of-material. This landmark implementation was undertaken for the first time by BPL group.
